Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Experience:

• 6 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of travel experience is required.

• High School completion required.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2-3 years of experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with Impella, LVAD, mitral valve procedures, TAVR, TEE, and Watchman is preferred.

Required Credentials: High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Credentials: A graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound or Cardiac Ultrasound certification program is preferred.

Unit Details: Performs diagnostic cardiac and/or vascular ultrasound, including adult and/or pediatric cardiac ultrasound, TEE, stress echo, and peripheral vascular procedures such as arterial, renal, and transcranial Doppler studies. Assists physicians with complex procedures in the OR, Hybrid Lab, Cath Lab, and CAD, including TAVR, SAVR, TandemHeart, Lariat procedures, and pseudoaneurysm compression. Provides immediate feedback and preliminary reports of critical results to nurses and physicians. Ancillary equipment includes selected transducers.

Shift & Scheduling: Schedule is Sunday through Thursday. On-call rotation is required after regular business hours.
