Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of travel experience is required.

• AS completion required.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Mayo Clinic Rochester.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Adult to geriatric, inpatient and outpatient experience, 2 years experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Minimum of one (1) year experience in adult and pediatric cardiac sonography including experience with transesophageal and stress echo. - Experience with outreach services helpful.

Required Credentials: - One of the following is required: - Associates degree. - Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited sonography program.

Unit Details: - Performs complete echocardiographic studies integrating all cardiac echo imaging modalities and procedures necessary to obtain all pertinent patient data. - Documents patient data and echo exam information utilizing the Echo Information Management System. - Includes stress lab, stress echo lab, and outreach responsibilities. - Patient population includes neonate to geriatric patients.

Shift & Scheduling: - Mon-Fri 7:15 AM-3:45 PM and/or 8:30 AM-5 PM, potential call (5PM-7AM) on weeknights and weekends based on dept. needs. - Weekends, evenings, and holiday coverage as needed. - 24-hour call with a 30-minute response time required.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification RCS
