Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• 12 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: One (1) or more years of full-time staff experience as a Cardiac Sonographer in a comparable size/type medical center(s) (500+ beds, Level 1 Trauma Center) prior to any travel assignments required. Experience administering Definity required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Two (2) or more years highly preferred.

Required Credentials: Board registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographers (ARDMS/RCS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) in cardiac sonography. All licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of application submission through the duration of the initial contract.

Special Requests: Parking at the Punchbowl campus is not approved; if you elect to park there, it is at your expense and can cost up to $50/day. Parking at the Neal Blaisdell Center costs $7/day; with a Queen’s-issued badge, you can use the employee shuttle to and from Queen’s/Blaisdell. Parking at the West O’ahu campus costs $15/month and must be arranged through the West O’ahu HR department. Time-off requests during the contract term are not allowed.

Shift & Scheduling: Day/evening shifts with occasional call. Holiday coverage is required.
