Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
• High School completion required.
Requirements:
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <40 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Hackensack Meridian Health.

Additional Details:
Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.
Required Skills/Experience: Familiarity with hemodynamic monitoring and sterile operative techniques.
Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years prior experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory or invasive procedure area preferred.
Required Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of a certified cardiovascular technology school and/or graduate of an accredited ultrasonography program with a specialty in cardiac sonography with RDMS or RDCS. Must document at least 15 hours of echocardiography related continuing education over a period of three (3) years. All hours must be relevant to echocardiography.
Unit Details: Performs cardiac ultrasound procedures including 2-D M-Mode, color flow imaging, stress echo, TEE, doppler studies, strain, and 3D echocardiography. Assists a trained, credentialed cardiology attending during stress echocardiogram and TEE procedures. Transports equipment to patient rooms for bedside studies.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required. Monday-Friday. No weekends. No holidays. No on-call.
7 days maximum time off
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification RCS
