Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Cardiac Sonography experience with 1 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.
• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 2 years of acute care Echo experience. Experience with above patient types, assisting with pericardiocentesis and other procedures, measuring accurate EFs. Hard stop: Must be comfortable doing Peds scan. .
Preferred Skills/Experience: Fetal scan experience and stress test experience. Would prefer if candidate is comfortable orienting new hires
Required Credentials: Education Verification (Technical Degree): Cardiac Sonographer.
Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Free
Shift & Scheduling: - On Call, Call Back Requirements: 1 night call shift per week. EOS until 0700 the following morning. Most likely a week day, but could be a weekend. - Holiday Requirements: Call only on major holidays. Eve of holidays, department is open. Could be on call for 50% of holidays per contract.

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) or the alternative certification RCS
