Experience:
• 60 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 6 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Experience with EPIQ ultrasound machine required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred.
Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. Unit requires either ARDMS, RDCS, or CCI-RCS.
Special Requests: Cannot apply to any Ohio State University facilities if you have an active application to any of the James Cancer Hospital & Research facilities.
Unit Details: Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population with varying diagnoses and acuity levels throughout the medical center. Exams are performed portably; some patients are brought to the inpatient unit, and Ross outpatient exams have varying degrees of acuity. Uses Philips, GE, and Siemens ultrasound equipment.

WMC Agency Permit – $215/month Guaranteed parking in an OSUWMC visitor garage. Best option for travelers who want the closest and most reliable parking.
CXS Permit – $31.42/month Includes shuttle service every 15–30 minutes, but service is limited. The route has multiple stops and drops off about a street over from OSUWMC. Best suited for Jameson Crane Sports Medicine. Also includes access to 9th Ave Garages (East and West) on weekends and holidays.
WB Permit – $15.67/month Most affordable option. Parking is in West Campus Carmack Lots 2 and 3, about 1.7 miles from OSUWMC. The Pink shuttle runs every 3–5 minutes during peak start/end times and goes directly to the medical center in about 8–9 minutes. Also includes access to 9th Ave Garages (East and West) on weekends and holidays. Weekend access is from Friday at 2 PM through Monday at 8 AM; outside those hours, regular hourly garage rates apply.
Shift & Scheduling: Either 4x10s or 5x8s on weekdays; the 5x8 option is Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM. Weekend rotation: 2 to 3 Saturdays from 8 AM - 1 PM only per 13-week contract.
14 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification RCS
