Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 60 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 3 years.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Experience with multiple ICU units (Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery, etc), IMC/Progressive/General care populations. Must have experience in an Academic level 1 Trauma center. Must be competent in multiple ICU specialties.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience. Epic within past 12 months. Teaching Hospital
Required Credentials:
Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience. Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start.
Drivers License/State ID
Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Shift & Scheduling: Evening/Night 1900-2300, with every other weekend
Floating Requirements: will float to Neuro ICU, CV/CT ICU, Burn, Trauma, MSICU, IMC- Progressive unit
14 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 reference required from within the last 3 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
