Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to read telemetry strips.
Special Requests: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
Unit Details: Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 in ICU, 1:3-4 in PCU or ED, and 1:5-6 on lower-acuity MedSurg. Titrates sedation, vasoactive medications, and paralytics in ED, critical care, and PCU units. Telemetry on each unit. Uses vents, CPAP, and BiPAP.
Shift & Scheduling: Potential for overtime if desired. Set schedule may be flexible depending on unit needs. Every other weekend; every weekend may be considered. Holidays required. No call.
Floating Requirements: Floats to ICU, ED boarders (in-patients only), all MedSurg units, and Observation unit. Needs to have two years of ICU experience and be able to take Swans, IABP, and Impella, with ability to float to MedSurg to take a full assignment.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
