Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 3 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:
2 years of recent Adult ICU experience is required.
RN must be able to independently manage critically ill patients with minimal orientation.
Strong critical care experience is required, including cardiac rhythm/12-lead EKG interpretation, Code/Rapid Response, vasoactive drip titration, sedation, insulin/heparin infusions, and arterial/central line management.
Must be comfortable managing ventilated patients, BiPAP/CPAP, high-flow oxygen, ABGs, and airway/suctioning.
Stroke/NIHSS, sepsis/septic shock, DKA, chest tube, and blood product experience are required.

Special Requests:
All time off should be sent with the submittal and written into the offer; 1 pre-approved RTO request is permitted per contract.

Unit Details:
Adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend; Friday and Saturday nights.
Shift may be 3x12s or 4x12s.
Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
No call.

Floating Requirements:
Traveler will float between Critical Care and Intermediate Care based on facility needs.
