Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience within the past 3 years.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 6 months between Staff at Program: AMN Program - AdventHealth Central Florida South

Floating Requirements: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. Floating within facility expected. Regional floating may take place between the following AdventHealth facilities: Apopka, Winter Park, East Orlando, Altamonte, Celebration, Kissimmee. Shifts will be subject to float to other ICUs and/or Stepdown (PCUs)
Shift & Scheduling: Call Requirements: N/A. Weekend Requirements: 50%.
Required Skills/Experience: Any of the following: ICU Medical, Cardiac Medical, CVICU (Most helpful). The candidates would need to have at least 1 year of ICU independent practice within the last year.
Required Credentials: Cert: BLS, ACLS - AHA, Military, American Red Cross, AAP.
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
You must take a 6 month break between staff and travel for ALL AdventHealth facilities.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/24/2025, 12/25/2025, 12/31/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
