Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Endeavor Health.

Additional Details:
Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer.
Required Skills/Experience: 2+ years of strong ICU experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Cardiac and/or neuro experience.
Required Credentials: Must have a passed EKG test of 80% or higher at submission.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday required as needed.
Floating Requirements: Will not have a home base. Floating Position – Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, Skokie - Majority of their time is likely to be at the Evanston and Glenbrook hospitals.
