Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months
• ASN completion required
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >40 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2+ years of strong experience in ICU/CCU- Required / Must have neuro icu experience / Telemetry / -Must have a minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience in a major acute care trauma (level 1 or 2 highly preferred) hospital. -Must have a minimum of 1 year recent bedside MS and Tele experience in a major acute care trauma center.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours / -NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: BSN
𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀: No Block Scheduling requests / Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.
𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Every other weekend. Holidays required. No On call. /
𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Within Facility to Like Units / Must be willing to float to Tele/Stepdown- 4W or 5N with a max of 4 tele patients. / -RN will be required to float to any unit within their skillset as requested by the client.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
