Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• Diploma completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - The Christ Hospital.

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: - Diploma of Nursing.
Preferred Credentials: - BSN.
Unit Details: - Provides pre-operative support and immediate post-operative recovery of cardiovascular procedures, including open heart surgery, heart transplants, ventricular assist device implantation, and various interventional and structural heart procedures. - Cares for acute cardiology and heart failure patients, including patients on inotropic support or temporary left and right ventricular devices. - Nurses care for patients with Impellas, IABPs, ECMO, and C-Mag. - Staff manage invasive lines, medications, hemodynamic needs, continuous dialysis and ultrafiltration machines, and permanent and temporary ventricular assist devices.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: - ICU float pool (MICU/SICU/CVICU).
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
