Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience within the past 3 years.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 6 months between Staff at Program: AMN Program - AdventHealth Central Florida South

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Any of the following: ICU Medical, Cardiac Medical, CVICU (Most helpful)
Would need to have at least 1 year of ICU independent practice within the last year.
Special Requests: You must take a 6 month break between staff and travel for ALL AdventHealth facilities.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: 50%
Floating Requirements: Will be subject to float to other ICUs and/or Stepdown (PCUs)
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Will be expected to float within the facility and potentially within the region.
Floating within facility expected. Regional floating may take place between the following AdventHealth facilities: Apopka, Winter Park, East Orlando, Altamonte, Celebration, Kissimmee.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/24/2025, 12/25/2025, 12/31/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
