Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• 12 months of travel experience is preferred.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Connecticut license or compact license (required after submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Yale and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Yale.

Floating Requirements: Float to 5 ICU specialties and step downs float between Yale campuses 2 blocks from each other York Street Campus and Saint Raphael Campus. Must float to step down as needed including a pulmonary stepdown unit with ratios 1:3
