Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Critical Care experience.
• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.
• BSN completion preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Berkshire Health System.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Vent, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred.
Special Requests: - Ability to start ASAP. - Expedited credentialing or pending credentials may allow a start in under 3 weeks. - Must be ready to complete credentialing quickly. - All RTO and scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. - RTO requests after submission, during interview, or after offer will not be approved. - Once the initial RTO request is accepted, no further term negotiations will occur before the start date. - Requests made after offer may lead to a rescinded offer.
Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. - Maximum 5 days of RTO. - Weekends and holidays as needed. - No call.
Floating Requirements: - Will float to PCU as needed.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 11/27/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/26/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
