- $85 per hour base pay
- Uncapped bonus opportunity
- $7,500 Signing Bonus
- Referral Bonuses ranging from $600–$2,500 depending on role

Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited Dental Hygiene Program
- Active Washington Dental Hygiene License (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
- Current CPR Certification
- Local Anesthesia Certification (if required by state regulations)
