Our
Director of Palliative Care and Advanced Practice Providers- NP will provide clinical oversight of the Palliative and Hospice Advance Practice Providers as well as provide operational leadership and expertise on all Palliative Care services. The goal is to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the patient and family experience by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of resource utilization while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, accrediting body regulations, and clinical policies and procedures.
