Experience:
• 60 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: - First-time travelers not accepted unless they have 5+ years of experience. - Urology and endo/laparoscopic surgery cases required. - Outpatient, assembly/wrap, scrub, and aseptic technique required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - ENT surgery cases preferred. - ENT and urology instrument/tray reprocessing preferred. - Experience with EUS machine, Bonding, Evotech, Sterris, ATP, Cidex-OPA, and Revitalox preferred.
Required Credentials: - Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Preferred Credentials: - SGNA preferred.
Special Requests: - RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Unit Details: - Procedures include bronchoscopy, bone marrow biopsies, colonoscopy, cystoscopy, EGD with Bravo, ERCP, EUS (endoscopic ultrasound), flexible sigmoidoscopy, loop recorders, TIP (rarely), and UroNav prostate biopsies. - Adult and geriatric patient population. -Parking Cost: Hang-tag: $10.00,Key-cards: $35.00, $38 per pay period at hospital or $16 per pay period for parking at St. Anne’s
Shift & Scheduling: - Mon-Fri. - On-call 1630-0730 on weeknights and 24 hours on weekends; average call commitment is 8 weeknights and 2 weekends per 6-week schedule.
Floating Requirements: - Help with cases in OR.
5 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
