Summary

JOB SUMMARY

The OR EVS aide is responsible for all aspects of EVS care within the surgical services department. The OR EVS aide reports directly to the clinical manager of surgical services, or the director in his/her absence. Under general supervision and guidance from the OR EVS team leader, the OR EVS aide cleans and sanitizes rooms and furnishings in the OR and PACU, following established policies and procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the department. The OR EVS aide is adept at prioritizing the day to cover all room turnovers and terminal cleaning of all rooms at the end of the day as well as multiple other responsibilities as defined in the essential functions. The OR EVS aide reports directly to the clinical manager of surgical services, or the director in his/her absence. He /She ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the mission statement and SPIRIT values of Carroll Hospital Center.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Preferred High School Diploma Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Less than 2 years Required
