Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Shift & Scheduling:
Regular shifts are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays.
Call is required Friday 7p-7a, Saturday 7p-7a, and Sunday 7p-7a. After-hours call-ins are typically infrequent, and call hours may be negotiable to other days.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
