Shift: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Experience:

• 5 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 1 month cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Local Rate = Reg Rate - $15

Required Skills/Experience: OB, general, and venous ultrasound experience required.

Special Requests: No travel pairs. All RTO must be known at the time of submission. No RTO requests submitted after an offer is made will be considered.

Shift & Scheduling: Schedule is Monday through Wednesday. On-call: 1 day a week and every 4th weekend.

Unit Details: Uses Philips equipment.

5 days maximum time off

Driver’s license required for submission
