Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: OB experience. Must be able to scan general ultrasound with vascular. Level II OB.

Preferred Skills/Experience: High risk OB experience.

Unit Details: Performs abdomen, pelvis, vascular (carotid/venous), ABIs, OB/GYN ultrasounds, small parts, and breast exams. Uses GE Logic E10, Trophons, Parks Flolab, and Philips Intellispace PACS. Exams are scheduled for 30 min/1 hour each.

Shift & Scheduling: Fri-Tues schedule. One night of call per week and one weekend of call per month after working shift; around 6-8 days of call per month.

Floating Requirements: Outpatient ultrasound if proficient.

10 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification S

• RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist (ARDMS))

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
