Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Unit Details: The unit uses Siemens and GE machines.

Shift & Scheduling: Call is based on department needs for any shift that may come up and is variable during the week; weekend call is as needed. Current need: 3rd-shift call, 2200-0700, 2 days during the week, every other weekend, and every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: May need to float onsite within the skill set or to sites within 40 miles, if needed.

5 days maximum time off
