Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an ultrasonographer in an acute care hospital setting.
Philips experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Pediatric/neonatal experience preferred.
Required Credentials:
Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
Preferred Credentials:
Certification in neonatal neurosonography or certification in pediatric sonography preferred.
Shift & Scheduling:
Shift may be 8s or 12s.
Rotating schedule: Week 1: Sun 0700-1900, Tues, Weds, Thurs 0700-1530. Week 2: Mon, Tues, Thurs 0700-1530, Sat 0700-1900.
Shift times may vary by +/- 30 minutes.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver's license required for submission
