Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 4 months of General Sonography experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Seattle Children’s Hospital and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Seattle Children’s Hospital.
• 3 months gap required between for Travel at Program: Aya Program - Seattle Children’s Hospital and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Required Skills/Experience: 2+ years experience working in a children’s hospital or 3+ years working with pediatrics required, or a combination of both. Vascular procedure experience required. Ultrasound procedure experience required. Portables, inpatient, ER, PICU, NICU, and Neonate experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Outpatient experience preferred. Teaching hospital experience preferred.
Preferred Credentials: RDMS-peds certification preferred.
Unit Details: Neonate, infant, and pediatric patient population. Full general pediatrics and full vascular lab. DVTs, post PICC lines, IJs, peripheral vascular, ED cases including appendicitis and testicular concerns, portables in the ICU, ER patients, and a liver and kidney transplant center with multiventicular transplants. Uses Rad Net.
Shift & Scheduling: Day/evening shift; can do 4x10s OR 5x8s. Up to two weeks of night-shifting and 4 weekends if needed. Weekend: Yes; up to 4 weeks as listed above. Need to be available for holidays if unit needs coverage. For example, may need to work Labor Day weekend. Call required: Possible.
Floating Requirements: Main unit to ER, and possible portables, OR, ICU.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
