Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• High School completion required.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester OB experience required.

Required Credentials: ARDMS certified in OB/GYN and ABD required.

Unit Details: Heavy OB caseload. Performs general ultrasound exams including abdomen, small parts, GYN, and OB, including fetal anatomy scans, plus pylorus, appendix, and possible fetal brain exams from the NICU. Uses 4 Philips EPIQ Elite ultrasound units and performs approximately 10-12 exams per day. Separate Echo/Vascular department; no DVT exams in this area. Separate Breast Health Center performs breast ultrasounds. Separate from IR and does not perform US-guided procedures other than HSGs.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. Every other holiday. 2 weekends in a 13 week contract. Weeknight call: 2-3 nights per month. Weekend call: 2 weekends in a 13 week contract; staffed Sat and Sun shift from 8am - 4pm, with call coverage from midnight Friday to 6:45am Monday morning. Call response time: 45 minutes. Orientation week hours may vary; weekly hours may also vary during holidays when the unit is closed.

Floating Requirements: May be required to float to Aspirus Merrill, Antigo, Medford, and Stanley.

9 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months
