Experience:

• 4 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: 4-5 years of experience required. Experience in the following is needed: vascular, breast, GYN, and abdominal. Community hospital experience is required.

Unit Details: Patient population includes adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Shift & Scheduling: The current schedule is 11a-7p, but it will evolve to 3p-11p. Call runs from 7p-7a during the week, with some weekend coverage; overnight call is only for ectopics and torsions.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification S
