Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Required Skills/Experience: Floating experience does not count toward the experience requirement. Correctional facility experience does not count toward the experience requirement.

Required Credentials: Associate’s degree in Ultrasound Technology or graduation from an accredited sonography program required.

Preferred Credentials: Nuchal Translucency (NT) certification preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Special Requests: Manager interview may be requested; note it in special requests. Travel pairs cannot request the same schedule. Cannot have an employment gap in the past 4+ months. Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level if applicable, patient ratio, and whether the facility was a teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job being applied to.

Unit Details: Maternal-fetal medicine/perinatology sonography role in an independent fetal imaging center working directly and exclusively with perinatologists. Performs diagnostic obstetric imaging across all trimesters, including first trimester dating and early anatomic assessments, detailed second and third trimester anatomic assessments, fetal echocardiography, growth assessments, Doppler studies, transvaginal ultrasound, transabdominal imaging, multiplanar imaging, genetic sonograms, multiple gestation studies, ultrasound support for genetic amniocentesis, and limited gynecologic ultrasound related to pregnancy. Patient population includes newborn, pediatric, young adult, adult, and geriatric patients. May assist physicians with additional imaging or biopsy procedures. Protocols follow AIUM standards.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 per week only; additional shifts may be available.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
