Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Required Credentials: RDMS Abdomen verification required. RDMS OB/GYN verification required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with thoracentesis or paracentesis locals preferred. Strong vascular experience preferred, including DVT, scrotum, transvaginal, aorta, segmental pressures w/ ABI, abdomen, pelvis, and kidneys. Experience evaluating neonatal head bleeds preferred.
Unit Details: Uses Philips Epiq Elite ultrasound devices and McKesson PACS. 10-15 studies per day. A lot of OB, but not specialized in OB; no high-risk OB. Includes cervical length measurement and OB viability exams. High ER volume. A lot of arterial and carotid studies. Uses Trophon to clean the probe. County hospital with a wide variety of patients.
Shift & Scheduling: Day/evening shifts with some overnight call. Weekend call: 1130-6 Sun-Th, 1130-7 on Friday night & Sat night. Holidays: 7, 3 & call at night. Call is not always required for ultrasound, but may be needed for call-outs.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
