Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any)
Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.
Required Skills/Experience: Outpatient, biopsies, AS reporting. Baseline vascular needed, complex is covered. Previous Charge Experience: Required Community Hospital Experience - Ability to use Philips US systems
Preferred Skills/Experience: IV starts preferred. Patient age group preferred: Neonate.
Required Credentials: ARDMS AB and ARDMS OB required. Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Preferred Credentials: ARDMS BR preferred. - Preference for Breast certification but will train & support education to obtain. Baseline vascular needed, complex is covered
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Ability to use Philips ultrasound systems; department also uses GE units. Includes complex vascular cases. Department staffed 24/7. Covers outpatient, inpatient, and ER caseloads. High volume of breast work, including biopsies. Covers paracentesis, thoracentesis, and FNA. Will train and support education to obtain breast certification.
Shift & Scheduling: No call. Fri-Sun schedule.
5 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
