As a Hospice Administrator, you will:
Act as a liaison with the owner/governing body, including provision of reports as designated by the owner/governing body
Ensure the implementation of the budgeting process and accounting system, as well as achievement of financial goals
Manage information systems that support the operation of hospice
Ensure patient/family has access to appropriate management staff during all hours of operation
Ensure that hospice employees are aware of the law and regulations that apply to their responsibilities
Ensure an appropriate response to the findings of internal and external reviews
To Qualify as a Hospice Administrator with us:
A degree in nursing required
Three (3) years of Hospice experience required
Training and experience in healthcare administration preferred
Experience working with financial statements and being responsible for the profitability of a business unit, preferred
