Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 1 months within the past 6 months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Respiratory Failure, GI Bleeds, DKA, Sepsis, Complicated Post-operative Patients, CVA’s, Flap surgeries, Post-Arrest, ETOH, IVDA Higher Level Therapies: Rotoprone, Manual Prone, Hypothermia Protocol, CRRT, TPA, Flap Surgeries (will not take these patients) No craniotomies, major traumas, or major cardiothoracic
Unit/Facility Details: ICU: 14 beds
Shift & Scheduling: Must call RMC staffing office at least 30-45 mins to get assignment each shift. (Preferred Option). Number given during orientation. Assignment also post outside the door of the House Supervisor’s office. Must be on time to the correct unit by 0700 Cannot clock in before 0653 Weekends will vary depending on the needs of the unit. Schedule provided 3 weeks at a time, received around 10 days prior to schedule beginning No holiday requests, self scheduling, on-call
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - 1 required for submission
