Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience within the past 12 months.
• 12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with MEDHOST is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health

Required Skills/Experience: Must have 1-2 years of ICU experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Mixed ICU, Cardiac/ CVICU.
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: CABG, TAVR, STEMI, NSTEMI, Stroke, Trauma, cardiovascular, neuro, medical surgical ICU/IMC
Types of Patients on Unit: Patient population - Adult / Geriatric
Equipment Used on Unit: Baxter Infusion Pumps, GE Monitoring
Unit/Facility Details:
• Number of Beds: ICU – 16, IMC – 30 (including ICU Overflow)
• Patient Ratios: ICU – 1:2, IMC 1:3,4
Special Requests: No block schedule requests.
Shift & Scheduling: Please indicate if candidate shift preference is flexible- will accept day or night, or only days/nights. Weekend Hours: Rotating weekends
Floating Requirements: Float between ICU main, ICU Overflow, and IMC (stepdown unit)
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required for submission

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
