Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience with 1 months within the past 6 months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission).
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System

Required Skills/Experience: Experience with patient types. Chest tubes, wound vacs, dressing changes, monitoring femoral arterial sheaths.
Preferred Skils/Experience: Impella and/or IABP experience preferred. ICU experience preferred. Preferred - Art line.
Required Credentials: NURSYS.
Types of Patients on Unit: Patient Types: CHF, Respiratory distress, ACS, A-fib RVR, DM, blood product administration, bipap, CVA overflow, post-cath patients - will see TR bands and the femoral approach; can see femoral sheaths but travelers will not pull them Some surgical patients – vascular, abdominal, GI, etc. Drips: diltiazem, amiodarone, Lasix, nitro, heparin –
Unit/Facility Details: General Information: Unit Beds: 20. Will you accept a traveler with 2 years’ experience? Yes. Will you accept a first-time traveler? No, need to have completed at least 1 travel assignment.
Patient Ratios: ICU: Typically 2:1, sometimes 1:1 depending on patient acuity 2NW or Tele: 4:1 during the day, 4-5:1 @ night.
Special Requests: Any RTO or special requests not included on your application will NOT be considered.
Shift & Scheduling: Scheduling: Weekend rotation: Every other weekend. On call? No. Holiday Expectations: Every other.
7 days maximum time off
