Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 12 months.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with MEDHOST is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: CVICU experience a plus but not required.
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Common Diagnosis/Treatment: STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, Sepsis, CABG, Valve repair/replacement, Acute Respiratory Failure, A. Fib RVR, ETOH Withdrawal, Head Injury, Overdose, Stroke, Trauma, CRRT, TCAR & TVAR.
Types of Patients on Unit: Adult, Geriatric.
Equipment Used on Unit: Baxter pumps.
Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds: 16.
Special Requests: No block schedule requests, 48 hour can be considered but not guaranteed.
Shift & Scheduling: Please indicate if candidate shift preference is flexible- will accept day or night, or only days/nights. Every Other.
Floating Requirements: Intermediate Care Unit (as primary RN) - ED holding (for admitted pts holding in ED)– as needed basis.
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
