Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 18 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is required from the last 2 years
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 6 months between Staff at Program: Prolucent Health Program - Dartmouth Hitchcock

Additional Details:
Sterile Processing Tech only: Must have experience at a similar sized hospital (minimum 400 bed size)
Surgical Technologist only: Must have Level 1 experience or comparable Level 2 experience (in a larger city/large bed size)
Required Skills/Experience: Recent experience at a level 1 trauma center is required. Telemetry experience.
Types of Patients on Unit: Patient population includes critically unstable patients exhibiting everything from acute coronary syndrome to unstable hemodynamics.
Unit/Facility Details: 10-bed suite
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Rotating holidays.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from any number of months (Any reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse)
