Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units
Communication with AIDET, great customer service and phone etiquette is an expectation
1st time travelers accepted
Special Requests: If multiple holidays occur during assignment, facility will only accept 1 holiday RTO request
Shift & Scheduling: 0700-1930 & 1900-0730

Typically 3 weeks of day & 3 weeks of nights - Manager will discuss during interview
Floating Requirements: Float to MICU as needed & patient observer as needed
5 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from any number of months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
