Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
• 3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Michigan license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience: Floating is not considered. EKG comfortability.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Neuro, CVICU, Trauma. Managing Vents. CRRT and Balloon Pumps.
Special Requests: Once your initial RTO requested is accepted, no further negotiations of terms will occur before your start date. Being ready and willing to quickly be credentialed by our team is a must. This assignment allows expedited credentialing or pending credentials so you can start in under 3 weeks.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. On Call Requirements: Possible.
Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float to similar units.
7 days maximum time off
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
