Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 4 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience:
Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer IABP and Prisma flex CRRT experience.
Required Credentials: Clinician must take and pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts prior to signing contract. If clinician fails to score 80% in two attempts, then they will be DNU for CS AZ and Sacramento for 6 months.
Unit and facility details: Nurse: Patient Ratios: 1:1-2 In ICU per acuity/ staffing. PCU 1:3-4.
Shift & Scheduling:
Floating Requirements: Will be worked in the float rotation with core staff - May float to PCU and MST if needed per staff rotations also to EC ICU/PCU if needed - first to float.
Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
