Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: Aya Program - BJC Health System

Additional Details:
RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

Skills: Medications Continuous IV sedation Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring Genitourinary/Renal CVVHD/CRRT Neurological Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Interpretation of dysrhythmias Management of dysrhythmias Cardiovascular Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Swans preferred. Skills: Post Cardiac Surgery (directly from the OR), Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR), Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Open Heart.
Required Credentials: Cert: NIH only accepted through AHA, Apex, or NIHSS websites.
Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: None. ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government issued ID card required.
Special Requests: RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. No RTO the first week of an assignment.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend req: yes, Every third weekend and every other holiday. Is on-call Req: No.
Floating Requirements: Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs: Yes, IMCU and ICU. Memorial Belleville and Memorial East may float as needed for support.
