Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 24 months between Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine
• 24 months between Travel at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine

Unit/Facility Details:
• Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
• If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
Special Requests: No Travel Duos
Shift & Scheduling:
• Weekend Requirement: Every other- Fri-Sat or Sat-Mon
• Rotate major holidays. Holiday rotation with core staff.
• No on call.
Floating Requirements: Required to float to Stepdown. If not needed in Stepdown, would be required to float to Med-Surg/Telemetry or to care for Stepdown or ICU patients being boarded in the Emergency Department. Floating to Med surg is rare. If floated, they will take a full load of 5-6 patients. Travelers float in rotation, not always the first to float.

1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
