Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience with 1 months within the past 6 months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System

Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, medication titration, proning, knowledgeable about hypothermia protocol, chest tubes, drains, invasive line monitoring (a-lines, CVP).
Required Credentials: NURSYS.
Unit/Facility Details: 388 total bed level 3 Trauma Center with 18 mixed ICU beds: 8 single occupancy, 5 are double.
Special Requests: Any RTO or special requests not included on your application will NOT be considered.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend rotation; Night shift: will attempt to cluster shifts together as possible.
Floating Requirements: Respiratory Unit (Medical Floor), Surgical, Tele, PCU, or ED as Helping Hands.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - 1 required for submission
