Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
• 3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Required Credentials: Associate’s Degree or Certificate

Types of Patients on Unit: Peds patients would typically be an occasional pediatric surgical patient (may be ENT or ortho cases)
Unit/Facility Details: Patient Ratio: 1/2 ICU, 1/4 patient ratio if floated to SCU
Shift & Scheduling: Every Other Weekend
On-Call: None
Every Other Holiday
Floating Requirements: To alike units within skillset. Float to other Aspirus locations with 40 mile radius if needed: Eagle River, Tomahawk and Howard Young
9 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 3 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
