Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience: - Patient Experience requirements: at least 1 year Level 2 experience - Requested Skill Set: Level 2 experience and Postpartum Experience - More than 1 year experience in L&D - Advanced skills needed: Iv initiation, phototherapy, bubble CPAP maintenance, Tube feeding, NAS, Preterm babies, NRP skills, low blood sugar babies.
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: - Procedures performed on unit: Lumbar punctures, Circs, Medication administration through IV, Assist NP with different procedures.
Equipment Used on Unit: - GE Monitors
Unit/Facility Details: -This is up to 10 beds facility.
Special Requests: - No Block Scheduling requests. Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.
10 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• STABLE (Sugar, Temperature, Airway. Blood Pressure, Lab work and Emotional Support)
• Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring)
