Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 9 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Equipment Used on Unit: Monica- wireless fetal monitoring/ GE fetal monitoring
Technology Used on Unit: CPN
Floating Requirements: Float to Sister Facility LD/PP
Required Credentials: Burn Certified
Required Skills/Experience: Fetal monitor interpretation, high risk antepartum care active labor management, c-section circulation, post-partum care, circumcision assist procedures, bili light care, lab draw from mother and baby, magnesium administration for pre-eclamptic patients
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: C-section, circumcision, vaginal deliveries, antepartum testing, ultra sounds
10 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• TCRN (Trauma Certified Registered Nurse)
