Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 21 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• BSN completion preferred
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience:
• must be able to circulate for deliveries (do not need to scrub!)
• Fetal monitoring experience required (certification isn’t necessary)
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Low Risk Neonatal Nursing Certification - National Certification Corporation (preferred)
• Care of the Extremely Low Birth Weight Neonate Certification - National Certification Corporation (preferred)
• Recent OB, ED or critical care experience (preferred)
• Training EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) (preferred)
Unit/Facility Details: All listed ratios are subject to change based on staffing availability at the facility. Ratios are never guaranteed but are what the unit typically attempts to achieve with normal staffing
Shift & Scheduling:
• No call
• Every other weekend
• Every other major holiday
Floating Requirements: Occasional float to Mother/Baby possible
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
