Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Alaska license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have OR circulator experience, Must have Labor and delivery experience
Preferred Skills/Experience: Perform SVE and place IUPC and FSE, Be stork nurse and transition baby at delivery
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Induction, C-Section, Vaginal delivery, D&C, cerclage, versions and bilateral tubal ligation Triage, NST, OB injections, OP infusions, IUFD care
Equipment Used on Unit: GE fetal monitors, Panda warmers, IUPC, Kiwi vac., Koala IUPC
Technology Used on Unit: CPN connect
Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds - 7
Shift & Scheduling: On Call Requirements: 2 shifts on call per four-week schedule, Weekend Requirements: 2 weekends, but variable depending on staffing
Floating Requirements: If needed would float to Mom-Baby unit
10 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• C-EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) or the alternative certification Intermediate AWHONN FHM
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
