Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Preferred 34 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Skills and Experience: Please note that Lovelace Health System does expect that RN’s can start their own IV’s. Please ensure that any RN’s submitted have this skill set. Antepartum, Facility births/month 100-200, Labor and Delivery, Anticoagulants, Antihypertensives, Insulin drips, Assist with high risk delivery, Assist with vaginal delivery, Circulate for C-section, Recover C-Section, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Maintain central lines (CVC / PICC), Sterile vaginal exam, Triage of obstetrical patients, Use of EFM (External Fetal Heart Monitoring), Fetal Monitoring, Use of External Fetal Monitoring
Required Credentials: Drivers License/State ID. BLS ACLS must be AHA, RQI, ARC, or American Safety and Health Institute.
Shift & Scheduling Requirements: Option of 36 or 48hrs. Weekend requirements: 4-6 weekend shifts per 6 weeks.
Special Request Requirements: Please remember that Lovelace is not accepting excessive RTO requests. RTO must be listed at time of submittal.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
