Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 4 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (WA) CommonSpirit Health
• 12 months between Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (WA) CommonSpirit Health

Required Skills/Experience: Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
Must have LDRP experience
Must be comfortable attending deliveries independently and circulating in c-sections.
Must be comfortable assisting with catching baby and transitioning baby.
Are RNs required to read their own strips? What brand are the tele monitors? Yes for PACU after C-section EFM System Centricity-perinatal
Labor Travelers also need to function in Postpartum with routine mom and baby competencies; also need to be able to transition babies & attend low risk deliveries.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Will consider someone with 1 year of experience if they have multiple prior travel experience
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements Every other. Days (Sat and Sun) Nights (Fri and Sat)
Holiday Requirements rotate in with perm staff
Floating Requirements: Mother baby and post-partum all one unit.
Facility holidays: 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025, 01/01/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
